Rates are built from rate and form filings that insurers submit to state departments of insurance, plus published rate tables. We group filings by city and by a small set of standard driver profiles (age bracket and coverage type), then show the range of monthly rates found for each group.
Data is refreshed monthly. Each city page shows the month the current numbers are from. Your own rate will differ based on your driving record, exact address, credit tier, and the specific coverage limits you select.
